CANCELLATION POLICY For cancellations made at least 30 days before the day of arrival the deposit will be entirely refunded. The deposit can alternatively be used for another holiday to be taken within 12 months of the previously arranged arrival. For cancellations made at least 15 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the day of arrival there will be no refund. In the case of delayed arrival or anticipated departure we will charge for the actual number of days of the stay, but there will be no refund of the deposit.
