A great day starts in the morning

A rich breakfast buffet to start your day in the best way, on the terrace or in the restaurant.

Our breakfast buffet wishes you a good morning with a variety of home-made cakes, pastries, bread, cereals, fresh fruit, homemade yogurt, fruit salad, fruit juices, cold cuts and cheeses.

Heartyfood and flavors

The dinner menu served at the table includes a variety of first and second courses, with a choice of meat, fish, or vegetarian/vegan.

As side dishes we offer a buffet of fresh seasonal vegetables, grilled, baked and / or steamed.

At the end of the meal we like to tempt our guests with one of the semifreddo or tasty desserts prepared by our chef.

All accompanied by a selection of local wines personally chosen by Davide, our mâitre sommelier.

Our vegetable garden

The flowers and plants give colour and scent to our hotel, and the vegetables and the aromas of our vegetable garden colour and perfume our kitchen. Our chef, offers a choice of dishes based on Uncle Piero daily crop – freshness, seasonality and flavour are at the base of our kitchen.

Lemons, tomatoes, aubergines and courgettes, black cabbage, rosemary, helichrysum and marjoram – the scents and colours of the Mediterranean, grown and harvested from our garden (right behind our hotel) await you on our buffets tables and in our dishes! So that our cuisine is as local as possible!.

Wellness with taste

In line with our philosophy of respect and valorisation of the surrounding nature, the vegetables and herbs of our garden are always at the base of both the menu of the day and the a la carte menu, making them also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

On request we create menus for children, celiac and suitable for other food intolerances… and sport people! For celiac we offer breakfast products such as homemade cakes, yogurt, biscuits, jams, bread, rice cakes, biscuits.

The bar under the stars

A good coffee, an infusion, a fresh limoncino or a good Aleatico dell’Elba are always a good excuse for a chat on the veranda under a starry sky.

Our restaurant is open for dinner also al fresco – reservation is required. The external customers can choose between the menu of the day (choice between 3 first courses, 3 main courses, vegetable buffet and dessert /coffees) or a la carte menu.
